Disclaimer: The names, providers, bios, and details on this page are fictional and have been created for SEO example purposes only.
SEO Wellbeing was built on the idea that clients are more than their symptoms, and that their whole wellbeing should be the center of care. This means every aspect of who you are should be considered when it comes to your health and wellness, which is why we strive to provide inclusive care in St. Louis. Our team was carefully assembled on the sole mission to bridge the gap between mental and physical healthcare. Instead of treating them as separate entities, we believe in a holistic approach that takes into account the mind and body connection.
Our team, which is made up of therapists, psychiatrists, functional medicine providers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and rehabilitation specialists, is dedicated to making this mission a reality. At SEO Wellbeing, we honor every body, every identity, and every unique story, to ensure that a bridge is built in a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

Dr. Simone Harris, PsyD (She/Her)
Founder & Clinical Director — Therapy for Trauma, Relationships, and Identity
Simone has experienced the disconnect in healthcare from both the clinician side as well as the patient side in her role as a couples counselor in St. Louis. She saw the doubt it instilled in her and her patients, who felt as if their whole person wasn't being considered in treatment. The couples she met with didn't know how to address their relationship issues when their personal ones weren't being addressed, and the individuals she met with felt stuck on their journey of self-discovery. That's why she created SEO Wellbeing with a vision to change the typical healthcare experience into one that creates hope and trust.
Credentials: PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Licensed Psychologist in Missouri
Specialties: Trauma recovery, identity development, relationship counseling, and stress management
Approach: Simone specializes in helping couples rebuild trust, deepen communication, and reconnect with one another. She draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, blending structure with empathy to help partners feel seen and understood. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every relationship has the capacity to heal and grow.
Outside the Office: Simone enjoys gardening, exploring local art exhibits, and hosting Sunday dinners for her extended family.
